Participation terms
Authorship
Entrants keep authorship rights in their work. Future implementation of a design is subject to a separate agreement with its author.
Publication
By entering you grant ZNBS and ZIA non-exclusive rights to publish your entry for the programme's stated purposes. Authors are credited when projects are published.
Anonymity
Entries are judged by UIN only. Identifying marks on boards may lead to disqualification after compliance review.
Jury decisions
Award decisions, special recognition and any decision to withhold an award remain with the jury.
Privacy
Personal information is stored separately from jury material, accessible only to the secretariat, and retained under the agreed retention policy.
School entrants
Pupils need a teacher or guardian as adult contact who confirms consent to participate.
Final wording follows the official programme approved by ZNBS and ZIA.
